I paid. How do I get in?
Right after payment, UNFOG opens automatically in the same browser. On another device, go to Log in and enter the email you used to pay. We'll send a one-tap link — no password needed.
I can't find the email.
Check spam and promotions. Make sure you typed the same email you used at checkout. Links work once and expire after 15 minutes, so ask for a fresh one if needed.
My payment is still "processing".
Some payments take a minute to confirm. Keep the page open — access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Please don't pay twice.
How do I fill in the workbook?
Download it from Downloads, open it in a PDF app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, type in the boxes and save. Or just print it.
